Teams of various different sizes will be discussed, and how the size and composition of the team impacts the architect role. You will learn: - The difference between an architect job and an architect role - Key responsibilities for an architect - How to "context switch" between being an architect and an engineer - How to set expectations for architects This is a non-technical class intended for aspiring or practicing architects, scrum masters, and engineering management.
